- ✔ Having broad knowledge in Process and Machine design to perform best possible process based on customer requirement.
- ✔ Process mapping for Electro & Electroless plating and establish set parameter to make consistency for production use.
- ✔ Experienced in process & product controls and best practices to maintain the bath parameters.
- ✔ Experienced in doing set up of lab facility and define basic controls for lab technician to work statistically like control chart/Verification of lab instruments/FIFO controls etc.
- ✔ Calibration and measurement system analysis (GR&R) to keep the instruments in good conditions.
- ✔ Identifying activities/ process that the higher probability of generating defects and working towards for improvement ( Potential field failures) in plating.
- ✔ Define process control documents (PFD/FMEA/CP) during initial stage to make the process robust.
- ✔ Process validation and revalidation to fine tune the process at Initial stage

Mr. Rangaswamy Lakshminarasimhan
Managing Director
Mr. Rangaswamy is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from Anna University and has more than 35 years of experience in the field of surface finishing and plating. He has in-depth experience in electroplating systems, PVD Ion Sputtering, Electroplating and Environmental Engineering and has setup several automatic and manual lines. He has previously held senior technical positions in TVS and Titan.
Mr. Sasikrishnan Subramanian
Director
Mr. Sasikrishnan is a Chemical Engineering graduate with Masters in Chemical Engineering and Nanotechnology from Cornell University, USA and has specialized in precious metal electroforming process technology and chemistry. He has four years experience of technology deployment and consulting for electroforming applications and manages operations of electroplating chemicals business.
